This program allow children to attend school, receive free school uniforms, medical and dental care and a hot meal in the day. The transportation of schoolchildren, teaching materials, construction and management of schools are also supported.

These programmes support mainly Indian children at this time. Nevertheless, Africa and South America are increasingly oncernées. In Switzerland, donors can choose to participate in programs sponsored or custom freely contribute to the development of infrastructures and direct the learning environment for schoolchildren.

The Education Program

The Art of Living Foundation is committed to make available to the poor quality education, but also provides children from rural areas and slums ethnic education joyful and stimulating.

Through its education program, the Foundation has established schools offering basic education that children acquire as a fun experience. In addition, this education allows them to develop practical skills useful for their future.

Some figures

Rural Schools : Since the program began, more than 5 000 children have received their degree status, scoring exceptional 100% success.

Ethnic Schools : More than 2000 students enrolled in thirty schools.

Slums : Five schools with a total of 440 students enrolled.
