



"Poorna" in Sanskrit, means full and complete, the Poorna yoga is a yoga that provides the fullness of mind and relaxation in the body. The exercise of Poorna yoga are gentle and at the same time very effective, and suitable for all ages and all types of bodies. The Poorna Yoga is practiced in coordination with the breath.
