Following the achievements of the Art of Living Course I, the Art of Living Course II / III aimed to deepen knowledge received through the experience of silence and meditation.
The seminar includes :
- Exercises and yoga breathing
- Interactive processes that allow the mind to calm down and
to enter the inner silence
- Guided meditations based on observation of the body and flow
of energy in the body, the observation of energy centers,
emotions, of Being
- Teaching of the four pillars of knowledge
- Moments of joyful celebration during the Satsang
- Participation in activities of daily living (service)
- A light and vegetarian food, a deep rest
