Following the achievements of the Art of Living Course I, the Art of Living Course II / III aimed to deepen knowledge received through the experience of silence and meditation.

The seminar includes :

  • Exercises and yoga breathing
  • Interactive processes that allow the mind to calm down and to enter the inner silence
  • Guided meditations based on observation of the body and flow of energy in the body, the observation of energy centers, emotions, of Being
  • Teaching of the four pillars of knowledge
  • Moments of joyful celebration during the Satsang
  • Participation in activities of daily living (service)
  • A light and vegetarian food, a deep rest

The Art of Living part II or III courses are a wonderful opportunity to explore the space of inner silence, rejuvenate and celebrate life.
