Sahaj Samadhi Meditation is a method of personal development unique and old. This practice naturally graceful and effortless that offers deep relaxation, energy and spiritual awakening to all, whatever the path, creed or religion. Some sessions are enough to learn, and it is practiced twice a day for 20 minutes.

Sahaj is a Sanskrit word which means "natural". Samadhi means "pure consciousness" or "ecstasy, supreme bliss." During meditation Sahaj Samadhi, The spirit effortlessly transcends the surface of thought to experience in depth the perfection of his own nature. Neither control nor concentration are needed, the nature of mind to move towards greater happiness enough. In this state of tranquility, expanding consciousness, perception and emotions are refined, and the body gains a rest purifying and healing. With the regular practice of meditation, these benefits are reflected in daily life, or any action is accomplished with greater clarity and contentment.
